We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, good condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.
- Along with the label, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Free Shipping Return
Free shipping return is available if you request a return due to receiving a defective or damaged item, or if the product does not match the description provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when there are no issues with the order (i.e., the item is not defective, damaged, or misrepresented online). Outbound shipping fees will not be deducted from refunds.
We will assess the product, and no restocking fee will be charged if no damage is found on the device.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that in certain cases, such as when an item was purchased in error, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
